Specialist retail agency and consultancy, Ray White Retail, has announced a significant expansion to its shopping centre management division in Sydney.
Ray White Retail director, Bob Walsh, said the new management appointments were a reflection of the desire by many private shopping centre owners to benefit from the high level personal service and expertise offered by specialist boutique retail property managers.
Bob Walsh said the staff management appointments follow new shopping centre management appointments for Ray White Retail in Dee Why on Sydney’s northern beaches and Campbelltown, south west of Sydney:
He said Diane Rowley has been appointed centre manager of the Bridgepoint Shopping Centre in Mosman and has more than 25 years’ experience in the shopping centre industry.
“Tien Nguyen has been appointed as centre manager of the 32 Queen street retail complex in Campbelltown,” Bob Walsh said. “Tien Nguyen has 16 years’ experience in the retail and shopping centre industries.
“Glenn Jones has been promoted to portfolio general manager. Glenn Jones will look after the management of the Dee Why Grand shopping centre until a new manager is found. Glenn Jones has held several senior positions during his 20 year career, including as an asset manager for Queensland Investment Corporation.”
Bob Walsh said Gary Stewart has been appointed assistant centre manager of the Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre. Gary Stewart has previously fulfilled similar roles for Stockland and the Vinta Property Group. Elisa Bartels has been appointed as a property management assistant at Bridgepoint Mosman.
