Ray White Retail offers a specialist shopping centre consultancy service with one of the most extensive overall levels of experience and track records in the areas of design, development, leasing, management and sale of major shopping centres and homemaker centres in Australia.
Ray White Retail is a specialist division of the Ray White Group – which was established in 1902 and is one of the largest real estate businesses in Australasia. Over 50 Commercial Offices alone in major Australian cities and suburbs, provide additional localised capability for Ray White Retail. The business has the back-up and support of a major real estate agency, whilst being able to offer the personal service and specialist expertise of a “boutique” shopping centre leasing and management business.
Ray White Retail was established by Bob Walsh over a decade ago and with the addition of new partners joining the business there is over 170 years of experience in the shopping centre industry between them and have been involved in the development, management and leasing of over $10 billion worth of shopping centres and homemaker centres in Australia.
Charlie Yankos has extensive experience and track record in the commercial property sector and the ability to produce exceptional results. Over the past 35 years Charlie has worked closely with commercial and retail clients to master plan, coordinate and deliver leasing strategies and being instrumental in the timely divestment of retail shopping centres, mixed use and commercial assets.
Glenn Jones heads up the shopping centre management division. Glenn has almost 30 years experience in the shopping centre industry and has worked for a variety of different property organisations including Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank and Queensland Investment Corporation.
Brad Lord has worked for top tier commercial agencies for over a decade and has extensive experience in directly managing Commercial, Industrial and Retail properties. He has also held asset management and OHS/Risk Management roles which helps him to analyse all aspects of a client’s property whilst providing exceptional service.
